order the Book of Habits
  • How do I get more control of my life?
  • How do I make myself happier?
  • How do I get more meaning out of what I do?
  • ...And how do I fit it into my schedule?

These are some of the questions that I’ve found myself asking over and over. In the process of looking for the answers I've read hundreds of books, listened to countless audio programs, studied world religions, meditated, prayed, and generally searched high and low.

And doing all of that helped.

What I've found, though, is that the most powerful changes I've made are not the huge, life-altering ones, but the little ones that I could make each day. And while all the 300+ page books, meditation retreats, and goal-setting exercises helped, it turned out that the simple decision to drink more water and less soda pop made one of the biggest impacts in my life.

I’ve read many of the great “personal-development” books and programs. They are fantastic, but the challenge for many people is that they require a huge investment of time to read, let alone to implement. What I’ve found in talking with clients and friends that too many times they get these books with the best of intentions but they end up on their bookshelves unread and unused.

And since I now spend my time helping other people who are on the path to being more successful, I’ve found that creating a less intimidating “program” might be a little more effective.

The Book of Habits is a distillation of what I've learned and continue to learn. More importantly, it's the idea of creating life changes in an easy, manageable form. It's not going to do the work for you, and this isn't a “get happy instantly” book, but if you follow along and invest a few minutes a day into these habits you'll notice subtle, but powerful, changes happening.

That's right, just a few minutes a day. No, you aren't going to lose 20 pounds and make a million dollars overnight – you shouldn’t believe everything you see on TV – but you will create more wellness and joy by following the program.

The Book of Habits will guide you in creating lifelong habits that will:

  • Bring more control to your life
  • Bring greater happiness to your relationships
  • Bring you more peace of mind
